Clinton Smyth MSc. P. Geo Executive Chairman

Clinton is a geologist with many years of experience in the exploration industry. After serving 25 years with Anglo American in Africa and Australasia, he has spent the last 20 years consulting internationally. Clinton led the New Chris Minerals team which, in 2014, discovered the Saddle South orebody on the Tatogga property which was later sold to GT Gold. New Chris Minerals also held the New Nanik property at that time and it was Clinton's team that carried out the soil sampling survey which increased the size of the New Nanik copper target to what it is today.


Tom Setterfield PhD. P. Geo Director and VP Exploration

Tom has 40 years of international exploration experience and is an expert in IOCG, epithermal Au and VMS deposit types. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University and has worked in Australia, Fiji and Canada and on assignments in many other countries.


Charles Jenkins BA, CPA, CGA, Chief Financial Officer

Chuck has served as the CFO for a number of exploration companies, as well as with technology companies. Prior to his involvement with public companies he worked in corporate finance with brokerage houses in Vancouver and Calgary


Hannah Cavallin MSc. P. Geo, Independent Director

Hannah is a Senior Geologist employed by Seabridge Gold in British Columbia with broad international experience ranging from underground mining in Zimbabwe to geotechnical work in Australia. In her early years in the mining industry she worked as a mine truck operator, an executive assistant in a junior exploration company and as a soil sampler in the Yukon.


Gerry Cuttler K.C., Independent Director

Gerry is a senior lawyer based in Vancouver, B.C. After receiving his civil and common law degrees from McGill University, Gerry moved to Vancouver in 1982. Since then, Gerry has worked with established law firms, focusing on the resolution of commercial disputes and administrative law.
